Jesus did not heed the devil’s advice, he knew that God is well able to provide natural food, it’s our spirits that need feeding.

The lessons in the Old Testament help us move into what God has for us in the New Testament, we move into our promised land.

So we move on into the good land that God has given to us, for it is indeed a good land. Joshua and Caleb certified it so, “The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good” (Num 14:7).
